This project was an ad campaign and event materials for Time Machine, an annual AI summit and technology exhibition put on by AI company SparkCognition. The campaign’s concept draws upon the fact that this event is essentially a modern-day World’s Fair, with technology exhibits and presentations from AI and technology thought leaders. It’s message is that we are currently living in the futuristic society imagined by the World’s Fairs of the 1930s and 40s. It suggests that just like back then, people are once again excited about the future and the promise of artificial intelligence. The illustration and design was all done in the style of the World’s Fair’s heyday.

MY ROLE

I came up with the concept for the campaign. The design and illustration was executed by myself and my creative director. A copywriter was hired to write the poster and ad headlines.
